Troy Harlander working balance training with the 95 Breakaway US AAA.  Trainer bio: 3 sport athlete, 2 sport ALL State and MN High School Elite League Hockey Player. UNLV college baseball player and graduate of the University of Minnesota B.A Sport Management.

Jeff Metzler is currently teaching middle level students in the Wayzata School district. Students love his classroom and athletes love his training methods!
